Remote Control Software
We can do the maintenance and the installation by remote control your computer. To do so, we would like to ask you to download and install one of the three following software:
TeamViewer , Zoom , Chrome Remote
TeamViewer
1. Download the free software "TeamViewer QuickSupport " from the official website
2. After downloading, please open the application and provide the ID & Password as the red circle highlighted, so we can provide our best services for you.
Zoom
1. Enter https://us04web.zoom.us/ and click "Join the Meeting" at the top right.
2. Follow the indication to open "Zoom Meetings". For the first time using it, please download and execute the application. After that, please enter the name to join the meeting.
3. After joining the meeting, the interface, we will send a request for controlling your computer. Please click "Grant Permission".
Chrome Remote
1. Please download and add the application "Chrome Remote Desktop". When the installation is finished, a new icon will show on the top right. Please click it and enter.
2. Please download and enter the name and PIN number.
3. Select "Remote Support" and "Generate Access Code". Please provide it to us and we will send the request.
